Here we have listed information on further charges and fees that might be applicable;

• Before your child starts with us a Registration Fee of £15 must be paid to hold your child's allocated sessions. Your child will then receive a Welcome Pack with their own PE Bag, named water bottle and information on the curriculum we follow.
• If your child is funded from their start date with us the Registration Fee is not applicable. You are welcome to purchase the water bottle, £2 each and PE Bags, £3.75.
• Uniform is also available to purchase; T. shirts are £3.50, Polo shirts are £6.50 and Sweatshirts are £7, are high quality and available in sizes 3/4 and 5/6. They are embroidered with the Playmates logo and available in royal blue. Uniform must be paid for before collection.
• If you are late collecting your child at the end of a session we regret that (unless there are extreme circumstances) we will have to charge a £1 a minute fee to cover staff wages. This is not a choice we want to make, the staff would much rather have their lunch break - so please be considerate and pick up on time.
• If you are late paying your child's fees you will incur a 5% late fee charge per week. Session fees are payable in advance either by session, week or half term. Lunch club fees must be paid in full at the beginning of every half term, failure to do so may result in your child not being permitted to stay until full payment is received. You will receive an Invoice with at least two weeks notice of payments due.

If you find you are having problems paying for your childcare fees, please come and speak to either Gail or Natasha as soon as possible so we can try to help you. We always try hard to keep our costs down so all of our services are available to everyone but we also understand that sometimes things don't go to plan. Anything you tell us will be treated with the strictest confidence.
