We have added this page to help parents realise how easy it is to claim the funding for their child. Every Setting has it's own way of using the funding, our way is as follows;

• You claim your child's free sessions through us as we receive all the forms.
• When we receive the funding forms from the Government we will require a parent's signature and some form of your child's official identification before we can claim. We will inform you in plenty of time when this is needed.
• Your child has to be at least three years old at the beginning of a term to receive funding for that term. For example; Hayley is three years old on 8th December 2007, in January 2011 she will be funded until she leaves for primary school.
• A child can claim upto 15 hours a week from us, with up to 2 x 3 hour sessions in one day (6 1/2 hours total if you opt to include lunch club).
• The funding can be split between two or three settings.
• You cannot increase your child's sessions in-between terms, when funding will be applied for again. There are three terms a year, September to January, January to Easter, Easter to the Summer Holiday.
