REGISTERING WITH US

To add your child(ren) to our no obligation Waiting List, please send us your child's name, home address and telephone number, date of birth, and the name of a parent to contact. You will be contacted approximately 6 weeks before your child's start date (earliest date is their 2nd birthday).

We take children from 2 years old up until their Reception Year, in some instances we can accept children due to start their Reception Year.

We invite all families for an initial visit during our working hours so you can meet us all in our working environment.

Following this, if you would like your child to attend Playmates we will offer you a Stay & Play session, where a parent or guardian will come in and stay with their child for an hour. This gives us an idea of how your child might settle in, and gives parents/guardians an opportunity to discuss any concerns with their child's Keyworker.

IS MY CHILD FUNDED?

Every child qualifies for the 15 hours of free entitlement per week (Government funding) from the start of the term AFTER they turn 3 years old.

Terms are September 1st to December 31st, January 1st to March 31st and April 1st to the end of the school year.

Parents who are on certain benefits can claim 15 hours a week of free entitlement funding for 2-year-olds.

If both parents (or a single parent) work over 16 hours a week, they can apply to the HMRC to access 30 hours of free entitlement funding.

NOTE: For children attending on a all-year basis, the funding hours reduce from 15 hours to 11 hours a week and 30 hours to 22 hours a week, spread over the entire year, including half terms.

WHAT ELSE MIGHT I BE CHARGED FOR?

Following a positive visit and a successful Stay & Play, if you decide that we are the setting for you and your child is not funded, you will be asked for a £25.00 registration fee, to hold your preferred sessions. Your child will then be given a Welcome Pack, including a PE Bag, water bottle and T-shirt, which will help to promote a confident and happy start.

Fees are due 1 month in advance and we charge a 5% late fee for any fees owing at the end of each week.

A £1 a minute late collection fee will apply to any child not collected on time at the end of sessions.
