OUR USUAL ENROLMENT PROCESS
-
Add your child to our Waiting List.
-
A few weeks before the required start date you will be contacted to see if you are still waiting for a place.
-
If you would like to come in for a visit, this will be arranged.
-
We will book in a telephone conversation between the parent/carer and one of our senior team to ensure families have the opportunity to ask questions and start making relationships.
-
Tish will send all the relevant information via email so you can refer to anything you are unsure about.
-
We will arrange a Stay & Play session which lasts for around half an hour. A parent/carer will stay with the child so we can see how they are likely to settle in. You will meet your child's keyworker and agree a suitable start date.
-
Parents/carers will bring the child's birth certificate or passport, their red health record book and a household utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months.
Our Christmas Fayre
Saturday 11th December between 1pm - 4pm
FOCUS ON COMMUNICATION AND LANGUAGE
The children love to talk to us about their families and what they've been up to. This encourages our children to start conversations, using lots of language, promotes confidence and high self esteem.
We are arranging a gallery of photographs of all our children within their family groups.
This could also include other family members, friends and pets.
We use an online portal system to
share children's learning directly with their family. This gives families access to their keyworker and the
children's real-time
experiences.
We encourge parents/carers to contribute so we have an accurate record of the children's stages of development.
Please send in photos and a short explanation of what your child has been up to recently or if they found something particularly interesting.

ADMINISTRATION FEE
DUE TO BE PAID BY ALL FAMILIES
All families must pay the administration fee, of £40.00, prior to starting with us.
Your child's placement is not allocated until this is received in full.
WE ALSO HAVE UNIFORM AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE

SESSION & DAYCARE FEES
FOR ANY HOURS OUTSIDE OF FUNDING
We charge a flat rate of £6.50 per hour, for all children, for any unfunded hours. We try to keep our fees as low as possible for families, however, the need for extra staff to support all of our attending children to reach their early learning goals, for a confident start to Primary School, means we are consistently above the staff to child ratio.
